An unusual 13 bar statement of the melody with interludes highlighting a whole tone treatment. The drums have several sections where the tom toms are forefront (not the usual Sing Sing Sing toms). Contrasting textures throughout the piece with solos for tenor sax and piano (although any instrument works). A kickin out section. Lead trumpet up to D6 (written).
