David B Phillips

I have an undergraduate piano performance degree for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, NC, and a masters degree in piano performance from the University of South Carolina (Columbia, SC) where I was an assistant to the piano department chairman.  I studied music theory and composition extensively as an undergraduate and graduate student.  In the past 42 years as a church organist, pianist, and choir director I have written much music for adult and youth choirs, adult and youth handbell choirs, music for organ, and for piano, and have written for youth and adult brass ensembles.  I have played organ recitals and piano recitals throughout South Carolina.
