A three-part (S/A/Bar), a-cappella setting of the Latin Mass. Somewhat in the style of Haydn and comprising the Kyrie/Christe Eleison, Gloria, Sanctus, Benedictus & Agnus Dei, the music covers 12 pages and lasts for about 8 minutes. It would, therefore, be perfectly suited to being used liturgically but could also be ideal as a concert item. Comments from esteemed musicians on Facebook have included: "Very nice. I really like it a lot.", "Missa Brevis looking good!", "I love it! I'm looking for new mass settings to try my choir on and this will be perfect.", "Great job!" Of course, I couldn't comment - but am not about to disagree. I suggest that this is "Early Intermediate" as, although there are moments which will need careful execution, it is generally sight-readable enough to get the outline. Recording was at a practice & intonation wanders a bit (sorry).
