Break Thou the Bread of Christ, Let Us Break Bread Together and the famous "O Sacred Head Now Wounded attributed to J.S Bach. They are arranged for intermediate organists as well as advanced, since the music played at this time of the service is usually simplistic in nature. I use singles note melodies accompanied with soft string celestes. Suspended chordal harmonies throughout.
