Chesnokov - I. Hosanna in the Highest, IV. Salvation is Created
Rachmaninoff - II. Ave Maria, III. To Thee, O Lord
They are scored five and six-part Trombone Choir of Tenor, Bass and optional Contrabass Trombone (in No. IV) and are appropriate for moderately advanced performers with good endurance needed on the Trombone 1 part.
These may be played at various religious services including Christmas and Easter.
The four Chorales are about 9 minutes total in length and may be performed successfully as an entire unit or separately.
