Product Description
This joyous Palm Sunday Processional is perfect for both children's and adult choirs. Based on the scripture of Matthew 21. The first chorus and verse are sung in unison by the choir to help the congregation learn the melody, which is pitched in an accessible range. As the song develops, more harmonies are added, allowing this simple piece to build. The acapella chorus near the end of the song can be repeated as needed to accommodate a long Palm Sunday parade, and the piece culminates in one final full chorus! The Tenor line can be sung by either men or women, allowing SAA choirs to also sing this piece. For children's choirs, simply sing the Alto line in unison. This piece has become an annual favourite at our church.
