Destined to beginners,"My FirstRock" is an original work for beginning band, in a rock style. Built from a driving bass line and a rock pattern on the drums, the piece introduces the rest of the band with a simple and nice melody, using only the first notes. The central passage changes the mood, with sections playing one after another, building a nice chord. Then, the piece goes on with the return of the first material, ending with a subtile effect played by the woodwinds and brass, while the drumset brings some rhythmic motion. Let's Rock !
Composed for beginning band by Alexandre CARLIN. Grade 0.5 (1 for the drumset). Very fun to play !
