Product Description

Like most music originating from the era of Palestrina, this adaptation, performed in either a church or concert setting, will give your congregation or audience the sense of being in a classic centuries-old European stone-walled cathedral. Very little in the way of dynamics are specified in this piece. The presumed original intent was for audience interest to be maintained by variations in harmonic tension throughout the piece and rhythmic variation across the parts. Being relatively simple, this piece is probably best performed as an interlude or, softly, as joyous background music. Arranged for brass quintet (two Bb trumpets, French horn, trombone, and tuba).  Performance time is approximately 1:00.  Visit our website, www.tootsuitebrasspublishing.com, for a catalog of our arrangements available through sheetmusicplus.com.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
