Product Description

Based on the Lyra Davidica Easter Hymn 1708, same as "Christ the Lord Is Risen Today" but different lyrics. Scored for Two Trumpets in Bb, Horn in F, Trombone, Tuba, Descant, SATB and/or Congregation, and Organ with optional Timpani. Performance 4 minutes.  Events: Easter services. The choir carries the usual harmonization with support from the organ, a descant on the last verse, and added embellishments by the brass. The brass parts are scored for intermediate instrumentalists.
