Product Description

This instrumental trio (for VIOLIN and CELLO with PIANO accompaniment) arrangement of the familiar hymn tune CRANHAM, long associated with the poem "In the Bleak Midwinter" by Christina Georgina Rossetti, is an ideal instrumental selection for the Christmas season. The VIOLIN plays the melody for the first verse and the CELLO plays the melody for the second verse while the piano provides a flowing, delicate accompaniment throughout.

The range for each part is as follows: VIOLIN ~ C4 (middle C) to A5; CELLO ~ A2 to B3. For both the violin and cello, all notes are playable in the first position making this piece an excellent choice for early intermediate string players.

The purchase price includes these printing options:
1. a grand staff (4 pages) with all parts on each page
2. separate scores for the VIOLIN and CELLO (1 page each) and PIANO (3 pages)
3. a combined VIOLIN and CELLO score (2 pages)
