Product Description
This song comes from the movie, "The Polar Express." In the film, Billy starts singing that all of the joys that he's heard that happens at Christmas time, he's never experienced. Nevertheless, he's still hoping that Santa's on his way on Christmas Eve, and that "Once lost will all be found; that's all I want when Christmas comes to town."
This arrangement for flute choir is easy enough for flutists with intermediate skill. The 1st flute part also incorporates a piccolo player played as a solo in 2 areas, but the piccolo part can be played on the flute, if desired.
There is also a contra bass flute part. If your choir does not have a contra bass, you can substitute it with another bass.
This is a great accessible piece for your Christmas recitals.
