This piece was originally written and orchestrated for a project I had done with the Eastman school of Music orchestra in Rochester New York back in September of 1996 with Joel Thome conducting. I resurrected it for the "Sound Theories" project around 2004 with the Metropole Orkest in Holland and released it for the first time on "Real Illusions" in Feb 2005. Although I thought my orchestration of this composition was good, I decided to once again reached out my buddy David Kole to re-do the orchestration. He does a whole lot of composing and orchestrating for Hollywood movies so he has a particular approach I was looking for and I knew he would do a special job. This is an enchanting melody and many times when I hear it I can't help but to be overwhelmed with tears of appreciation. It took on a different dimension when I added the orchestra recording to the "Real Illusions" CD. The composition was worked into the story line of "Real Illusions". "Compogistion" - As the cherry blossoms stood glowing and dancing, yet suspended around her reflection, she found herself humbled at the boundless grace emanating feet of "I am".
