Product Description

Ōnū ōgēnè is a Nigerian-Igbo term for (Sound of the gong), it is a generic term that insinuates (a golding voice). This is used to refer to a sonorous singer (woman) whose voice rings out in splendor, thunderous, and declamatory! Just like the voice of the late Opera singer - Jessye Norman. This term has been ascribed to some prominent Nigerian singers (Sopranos) who have made a mark in their art. It speaks of dexterity, agility, and purpose. This is what the violin would demonstrate in this piece. Composer: Innocent Okechukwu
