Product Description

This is an orchestrated arrangement of Frank Bridges piano sonata which I see as the pilot of a series including those by Ferguson, Rorem, Barber and Muczynski, all showing similarities in form and style. Since the original work was dedicated to Ernest Farrar who died during the First World War, I titled my arrangement as WW with a number for each movement.

The original frame was more or less preserved but I often changed the harmonic landscape, as much for arrangement purposes as for the needs of orchestration.
