Product Description

This special edition of Good Morning to You presents the original melody that later became the world-famous Happy Birthday song. Arranged for beginner recorder players in C Major using German Fingering, it includes:

- Recorder fingering charts (German system) above each note for easy finger placement.
- Solfège notation (Do, Re, Mi, etc.) to assist with sight-singing.
- Letter note names to help beginners recognize pitch more easily.
- Optimized layout for clear readability and smooth learning.

Compatibility with Different Recorders

This sheet music is originally written for Descant Recorder (Soprano, C Instrument) but can also be used on other recorder types with the same German fingering system:

- Tenor Recorder (C Instrument) Same fingering, same pitch, sounds one octave lower.

- Treble Recorder (Alto Recorder, F Instrument) Same fingering, but sounds a perfect fifth lower (transpose up a perfect fifth to match the original pitch).

- Bass Recorder (F Instrument) Same fingering, but sounds one octave plus a perfect fifth lower (transpose up an octave and a perfect fifth to match).

Ideal for self-study, music teachers, and classroom instruction. More educational recorder materials by Stoney Wuud coming soon!
