Product Description

Jesus, Joy of Man (Jesus bleibet meine Freude, in German) is the final chorale of the cantata "Herz und Mund und Tat und Leben", written by Johann Sebastian Bach in Leipzig, Germany in 1716. Although it is Bach's 32nd surviving cantata, it is given the number BWV 147 in the complete catalogue of his works.

This arrangement is a reduction of the main melody for solo instrument.

The title may also come in other languages, such as: Jesus bleibet meine Freude, Jesus Joy of Men, Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring etc.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
