The King and I was Rodgers and Hammerstein's fourth musical. Opening in 1951 it ran for almost 4 years and since then has seen many revivals and productions for the stage and screen.

This arrangement of the overture for wind ensemble, which works very well as a medley of the popular tunes from the production is ideal for any performances paying homage to Rodgers and Hammerstein or musical theatre.
