Product Description
I hope that you enjoy this lovely collection of dance movements by Mozart, Handel and Purcell.
I originally arranged this selection of music for an 18th C. dance/costume event, but they would work well for any occasion, to set the scene to any event.
A few of the dances have short, added introductions: they would have been played by the musicians, both in the 18th Century and now, to introduce the music to the dancers, who were waiting on the dancefloor for the music to begin.
The introductions can be played or omitted according to your preference.
UPDATE: Feb 2025: Version 2 - There were a couple of unclear repeats, which are now written out; in addition, I have re-worked the Ariodante arrangement to add the segue-ing chorus and coda, so that you can now enjoy the full version.
