Cornet solo - The Wondrous Gift (with brass band accompaniment)

This new solo is now available for the first time as a digital download

The music features the composers own tune for the well known words of O Little town of Bethlehem and combines that with a setting of the traditional English tune of Forest Green.

It was originally written as a work for SATB choir and this version for cornet solo and band was requested by John Collinson and the Sparrow Park Brass from Geelong West in Australia.

(It is also available in a version with piano accompaniment.)

Please note at the moment the demo recording is the version with piano accompaniment.

The download contains a full score plus the following parts - Note. This arrangement is in normal British Brass Band format with Trombone, Euphonium, Baritone and Bass parts in treble clef.
