Product Description

Come, Celebrate! By Connie Rybak. For Voice, Piano and Guitar chords. Full Score and Optional Instrumental Pack (Bass Guitar, Drum Set parts) available separately.

Composed for the Village of Scarsdale's Bicentennial event in Westchester, NY, Come, Celebrate! premiered on May 28, 1988. The lyrics highlight gems of Scarsdale's history with a spirited message: Come, Celebrate, and take pride in your town; Two hundred years looking great, and its future has no bounds. This unison song was performed by community elementary school children joined by older adults. The score was buried in a time capsule in October, 1988, along with other items representing the Town of Scarsdale. It is identified by a historical marker at the intersection of White Plains Road and Crane Road.

A full accompaniment mp3 is available separately.
