Rigel (1741-1799) was born in Germany but spent most of his life in France. This symphony is in three movements and is scored for two oboes, bassoon, two horns and strings. The wind players are tacet in the central movement. The score (18 pages) has been edited for bowing and phrasing and string parts may be copied for sole use by the purchaser.
