"My Ideal" is a song written by Richard A. Whiting and Newell Chase with lyrics by Leo Robin. The song was written for the Paramount Picture "Playboy of Paris" in 1930. This version features a root-based chord blocking that John and I have implemented in many of our arrangements. We hope you like what we've done with this grand old tune!
