Product Description

This work consists of the two short choruses from Handels second Italian oratorio, La Resurrezione (The Resurrection), and will make an ideal selection for your next Easter service. The first chorus, Now Christ Reigns Forever (Il Nume vincitor), concludes the first of the oratorios two parts. The second chorus, Praises Reach Up to Heavn (Diasi lode in cielo), concludes the second part of the oratorio.

Please note that this set does not include the vocal parts! This product listing is for the set of orchestral accompaniment with full score and individual instrumental parts. The SATB score must be purchased separately for the number of singers in your choir, and is available from Sheet Music Plus here here.

The orchestral accompaniment can be performed with strings and continuo, or add oboe and two trumpets for additional baroque color.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
