"Jazz Salad" is a book of piano solos for beginning and intermediate pianists published by PIANO PRONTO. They are designed to display various aspects of jazz style in a clearly notated fashion.

I have embarked on a project to arrange these pieces for various ensembles including wind quintet.

The three pieces are:

1) Funky Cheese
2) Tomato Tango
3) Walnut Waltz

They work very well performed as a set. Total duration is approx. 6 minutes
