Product Description

Arranged for 2 Alto's, Tenor and Baritone with alternative parts 3 and 4 so it can be played by four alto's.
In spite of its title, Elizabethan Serenade is a comparatively modern composition which was first performed by Mantovani in 1951.  Originally called Andante Cantabile, Ronald Binge changed the name to reflect post-war optimism when Queen Elizabeth 11 came to the throne in 1952. Its popularity as a piece of light music and as a theme tune was further enhanced when lyrics were added in English and in several other European Languages.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
