"Always Look on the Bright Side of Life" is composed by Eric Idle, and arranged for SSAB or SSBB clarinet quartet by Cheryl Woldseth. This song is from the Monty Python film "Life of Brian," and also featured in Monty Python's Broadway show "Spamalot."

All four clarinet parts have equally fun parts, with the Clarinet 1, Clarinet 2, and Alto Clarinet each taking turns on the melody. The Bass Clarinet has the walking bass line, but it also pops out with riffs and varied rhythms to keep it fresh. Players and listeners alike will definitely enjoy this one, and those who are Monty Python fans will undoubtedly sing (and whistle) along.
