Broken is a duet between Piano and Singer.
Range: B3 - D5
Performance: This is an extremely expressive piece both for singer and pianoist. You need to be able to work in harmony with each other. There are very little performance guidances written into the piece to enable you to make it truely your own, again both singer and pianist.
Rehearsal: As there is little in the piano part to guide the singer I would advise you rehearse together prior to the performance.
Skill level: Although the vocalisation doesn't use a wide range I would suggest this is an intermediate piece for voice simply because of the lack of cues from the accompaniment (as I said the piano is a part in it's own right).
