"Summer Song" is a setting of the poem of the same name by William Allingham, set for Women's voices (SSA with some divisi) and piano. It is a sweet, romantic and somewhat melancholy statement on nature and love. It runs about 4 minutes and is tonally pleasing, suitable for a good high school or community women's ensemble. Submitted for the 2016 New Years Contest.
