The four movements are:
An Unmoored Boat
The Sea is Within Us
Sunrise with Sea Monsters
A Storm at Sea
An Unmoored Boat suggests a vessel adrift in turbulent, then calming, seas.
The Sea is Within Us conveys, to me at least, a sense of being overwhelmed by the immensity of the sea.
Sunrise with Sea Monsters alludes to Turners unfinished painting. The final movement,
A Storm at Sea, provides a tempestuous conclusion.
