Christopher Tin's Temen Oblak (translated as Dark Clouds) is the 3rd movement in his work "The Drop That Contained the Sea", originally written for Women's SSA Choir. The original work has lyrics from Hristo Botev's "A Cloud Of Darkness Has Appeared", and is sung in Bulgarian. This piece was also used in Carolina Crown's 2019 production, "Beneath the Surface". This Brass Quintet Arrangement mixes the original work's intensity and power with the unique timbre of a Brass Quintet.
