"Dawn" is an upbeat, energetic, solo classical guitar piece. It starts with a riff symbolizing an energetic start to a new day. The riff starts with a five note sequence which is varied and repeated at the start of various phrases through the first half of the piece. The second half of the piece starts with a peaceful melodic section and then moves to a repeat of part of the first section followed by a crescendo to a peak before coming to a conclusion with a strummed final chord.
