Louisiana Shakedown is a fun and simple dixieland piece at a medium tempo.

The "score" is more of a leadsheet, with all players encouraged to improvise in the traditional fashion. The lead should play the tune mostly as written (with some ad libbing if desired) while the other horns should play off the melody - noodling in the gaps, playing guide tones, and/or harmonising with the melody as desired.
