Polar Publications

Polar Publications is the publisher of music and arrangements by Dr. James Bicigo. Originally formed in Alaska, Polar Publications is now in Red Deer. Alberta. Dr. Bicigo creates music for brass, strings, voice, choir, band, jazz band, and orchestra. He is the founder and conductor of the Central Alberta Chamber Orchestra and a founding member of the Central Alberta Chamber players, for whom he frequently composes and arranges music. His music has been heard worldwide and his arrangementsfeatured in radio  television programs in Canada and Germany. His music is from beginner level through professional level.
