Verallen Kleinhenz

I am a wife, mom to 3, grandma to 6, and great-grandma to 5. I have a degree in Gourmet Cooking and Catering so my passion is cooking great meals.
    I have been a Church musician for 45 years, working in Air Force and Navy base chapels in California, Arizona, Mississippi, Guam, and New Mexico. I have experience working with the Lutheran, Episcopal, Catholic, Presbyterian, and Methodist denominations. 
   I was the director of the Albuquerque Civic Chorus for 8 years and was co-founder of Expressions of Joy, a choir of adults with developmental disabilities. I write and arrange for the particular choirs I happen to be directing at the time. 
   I have a Bachelor of Arts in Music and a Master of Music in Choral Conducting from the University of New Mexico. I currently live in Garland, Texas where I am Director of Choirs at Sellers Middle School and I am the Director of Music and Worship at First United Methodist Church in Sachse, TX.
