Laird Halling

Laird Halling is a music arranger and composer who has worked for 40 years as a church music director and arranger, creating music for choirs, orchestras, handbells, and a wide variety of instrumental ensembles. His jazz ensemble arrangements are known for their excellence in capturing the jazz style while being playable by the average volunteer musician.

Laird has a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Composition and his arrangements have been published by Brentwood-Benson Music, Prism, and PraiseCharts. Laird is a skilled woodwind player, playing clarinet, saxophone, and flute professionally and on multiple recordings.
