Martyn C Adams

Creating melodic rhythmical music that can be enjoyed by many people, is Martyn’s mission. Playing piano, drums, percussion as well as other instruments across different ensembles provide Martyn with the tools and experience to create music that people take pleasure in playing and listening to.

 
Martyn started his musical journey at the age of nine with the piano, which is his core instrument for composing. His appetite for musical instruments grew leading him to start learning the classical guitar and cornet. At aged eleven, Martyn begun learning the drums that quickly lead to tuned percussion. Drumming really opened Martyn’s performing opportunities and still is his main instrument to perform.

 
Martyn’s musical composition journey began on the piano at the age of thirteen, which was of a more classical nature, he quickly moved on to electronic music using an early version of Cakewalk Home Studio. During GCSE music, it quickly became apparent that Martyn had a real passion and flare for composing, which continues to grow.
