Edition Schwalbe

Albert Schwarzmann is an Austrian musician and teacher. He earned diplomas in French horn and Conducting at the  Tyrolean State Conservatory in Innsbruck, Austria and a Master of Arts degree at Mozarteum University in Salzburg, Austria.  He has been working as a Senior Lecturer for Wind Band Conducting at Mozarteum University in Salzburg and as French horn  instructor in Tyrol, Austria. He has also conducted the municipal band of Zirl, Austria for more than twenty years. He has worked as staff arranger for Wind Philharmonic Mozarteum Salzburg and guest conducted this first class wind orchestra  several times. He completed more than 400 arrangements and compositions mainly for wind orchestra and ensembles. The  Wind Philharmonic Mozarteum Salzburg and its professional successor Salzburg Wind Philharmonic recorded many of his  arrangements on around 40 CDs.
