Michael J. Russo

Welcome! Having been a composer for over 30 years, I am thrilled to be all in on publishing my works here. Located in the San Francisco bay area, I have been very active in the community providing service in health care along with my active role in music composition. This blend has led my music to be very much inspired by people and places. My primary instruments of performance include violin and piano. I have performed violin in may community orchestras for as long as I have been composing. Orchestras I have been involved with include The Pottstown Symphony Orchestra in Pottstown PA, The Philadelphia Doctor's Orchestra in Philadelphia PA, The Oakland Civic Symphony in Oakland CA, and the Nova Vista Symphony in San Francisco/San Jose CA. With all of my performance experience, composition has always been my true passion. I hope you enjoy listening to and performing my music as much as I love to create it.
