Biography
Dr. Christian Ontos is an adjunct faculty member of Park University (MO), teaching various courses in educational psychology and music history. Since 1983, Christian has held prominent roles as a choral director, wind band director, orchestra director, executive director, and elective music teacher. Additionally, Christian has served as arranger and composer for several well-known artists, and his works have been performed at prestigious venues throughout the world. Christian joins the Hal Leonard family with over 75 published arrangements and compositions for wind band, choir, and orchestra at all levels. These days, he is regularly engaged in the composition and arrangement of new works for all genres, and is often sought as a clinician and for the commission of new works.
