My name is Jacob Smith Jr. After graduating high school I continued my musical journey by joining the U.S. Army Band program. I served as an oboist and saxophonist in Oklahoma, Japan, Guam, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Macedonia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Tunisia. I love arranging for small ensembles like Woodwind and Brass Quintet. After retiring from service in 2000, I continued to perform and compose in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and the Florida Keys.
